This modality calls upon methods used within ancient Chinese acupressure in addition to mindfully addressing our challenges in the present moment while re-framing our perspective on those challenges.
Tapping on specific potent-points and meridian end-points of the body, while re-framing our thought-patterns on specific challenges or feelings helps to bring us into the present while calming the nervous system. A dedicated long-term practice of this modality may retrain the brain so that we may improve our responses to stressors and restore balance.
I love training clients on this empowering technique that can be done on their own as a way to manage stress. This modality is offered in individual sessions, but can be combined with a sound session if a small group session is preferred.
