Sound Sessions

Sound sessions offer cellular resonance, acupressure and reflexology with guided meditation plus non-dermal, atmospheric aromatherapy. Instruments include theta music, tuning forks, weighted acupressure forks, Tibetan bowls and a gong. Solfeggio frequencies are utilized to attune the body at the molecular level, clear energetic blockages and rebalance the energy system. Bilateral auditory stimulation, guided meditation and theta tuning provide a deeply relaxing experience. Bilateral auditory stimulation in sound therapy is a -left ear -right ear -left ear -right ear rotational pattern of listening to sound. The sound pattern, created with a tuning fork, crosses over the corpus callosum alternately stimulating the left and right hemispheres of the brain. See the full benefits list here.

Hydration matters! The amount of water each person's body is made up of varies based upon age.  Water assists with a multitude of biological functions from cellular production & regulating body temperature to acting as an internal shock absorber. Please refer to the article  Water, Hydration and Health by Barry M. Popkin, Kristen E. D’Anci, and Irwin H. Rosenberg for additional details on hydration levels and function. The water molecules in your body respond to the frequencies in a variety of beneficial ways at the cellular level. Being well hydrated makes a vast difference and increases the quality of your experience during each session. Clients are reminded to be well hydrated prior to and following each session.

These unique modalities provide each client with individualized tools for energy clearing and deep relaxation so that they may take responsibility for their wellness. I do not diagnose or prescribe. I do ask that clients consult with their primary caregiver or physician in connection to specific conditions prior to scheduling an appointment. I am always happy to provide resources and additional information for clients to share.
