When we listen to music, our body aligns with the pace, energy and movement of the music we listen to. Neuro-Automatic Expression and the Sonic Art Practice utilizes the rhythm and flow of music as a subtle driver of direct expression during the art-making process. ​Participants are guided to work on individual works of art, and a collaborative work of art. The works of art that are created become a healing map of our sensory experiences. The focus is on expression, movement and process rather than product, aesthetics or composition.
